The Rabbit & Ox ("we", "us", "our") is an AI consultancy based in Singapore. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website and contact form, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We have kept it short and in plain English.
What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect:
- Your name and email address
- Your company or website URL, if you provide it
- The service you are interested in, your project timeline, and your budget range
- The business challenge you describe to us
- The date and time of your submission
We also collect anything you choose to include when you correspond with us afterwards.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how people find and use this site (such as pages viewed and rough location and device type). This relies on cookies and is used only to improve the site. We do not use it to identify you personally or for advertising. You can opt out using your browser settings or Google's opt-out tools.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to:
- Respond to your enquiry
- Arrange and hold a consultation with you
- Understand whether we are a good fit for your needs and follow up about your enquiry
We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not send unsolicited marketing.
Your consent
By submitting the contact form, you consent to us collecting and using your personal data for the purposes above, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, as set out below.
Who we share it with
We use a small set of trusted service providers to receive, store, and notify us of your enquiry. They process your data on our behalf and only for that purpose:
- Airtable - to store your enquiry
- Google (Gmail) - to email your enquiry to us
- Telegram - to notify us of new enquiries
- Our own automation server (n8n), which routes your submission to the services above
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Where your data is stored
Some of these providers may store data on servers outside Singapore. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data receives a standard of protection comparable to that required under the PDPA.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to respond to you and to maintain reasonable business records. If you ask us to delete it, we will do so, unless we are required to keep it by law.
Your rights
Under the PDPA, you can ask us to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct it if it is inaccurate or out of date
- Withdraw your consent, or ask us to delete your data

Keeping your data safe
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
